Job Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting and finance department
* Develop and implement effective control measures
* Provide strategic direction and leadership
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Qualifications
A successful 'Controls Office Financial Controller' should have:
* Professional accounting certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ICAS)
* Prior experience in the Asset Management sector
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
