We are currently recruiting for an ER Partner to join our passionate and driven team based in Ipswich.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a small team (2) within the HR Advisory Function, providing legal, commercial employee relations advice and guidance, and managing risks.
2. Own a caseload of high-risk, complex ER cases to conclusion, highlighting and mitigating risks.
3. Act as the point of escalation for ER matters for the Strategic People Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle escalation for high-risk ER cases, including discrimination, grievances, redundancies, and medical capability issues.
* Coach the team on ER matters to foster knowledge growth.
* Manage team performance, attendance, conduct, and workload delegation.
* Participate in ER meetings and support ER risk management.
* Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
About You:
* Right to work in the UK
* Experience in Employee Relations within a fast-paced environment
* Team management experience, including remote work
* Knowledge of Power BI and HR training delivery
* Working towards or holding CIPD qualification
