Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions is integrating several of our brands, including Scotframe, Pasquill, Roofspace, and Intrastack (part of Saint-Gobain UK&I), to offer a wider range of products and services, aimed at delivering sustainable off-site solutions to our customers. To support this growth, we are seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to join our team.
The Purpose of the role
The Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in aligning the HR strategy with business objectives within the Scotland and North of England regions. This position is focused on supporting operational and commercial teams in transforming the organization towards a solutions-based approach, enhancing employee development, and ultimately driving business growth. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor and partner, providing strategic HR guidance and support to foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Translate HR strategy into meaningful actions that drive business success.
2. Provide HR leadership across Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Reward.
3. Support and shape our people strategy in line with our five-year business plan.
4. Work closely with senior leadership, ensuring strong people management and development.
5. Travel across key sites in Cumbernauld, Inverurie, and Uddingston to provide strategic HR support.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Proven generalist HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or a related industry.
2. Proven track record of supporting organisational change initiatives and driving HR strategies that align with business goals.
3. Strong leadership potential with the ability to be a credible expert in the business.
4. Passion for strategic HR and change management.
5. Ability to manage, develop, and support teams while driving a people-first culture.
