Job Overview
Working at Park House as a Team Leader, you will need to provide full support to residents and staff, and be confident in planning for the ongoing needs of the residents we support. Team Leaders will lead a team of staff to ensure quality of care continues and that residents have a good quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the care provided on the floor and support residents by administering medication.
2. Write and review care plans, complete MCA's and Best Interests assessments, and liaise with families and professionals.
