What You'll Do:
Monitor and assess customer interactions (calls & emails) for quality and compliance.
Ensure adherence to scripts, GDPR, and internal policies.
Provide feedback to agents and team leaders for continuous improvement.
Identify trends, contribute to reports, and support complaint investigations.
