You'll act as the first point of contact for car parking enquiries, ensuring a timely and customer-focused service. You'll manage the staff car parking database, oversee payroll deductions, and conduct periodic audits of car park usage to ensure compliance with Trust policies. Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities : o Act as the first point of contact for all staff car parking enquiries, providing excellent customer service.o Manage and maintain the staff car parking database and ensure accurate records.o Process payroll instructions related to car parking deductions and liaise with external payroll providers.o Conduct occasional audits of car parks, issuing warning letters and addressing non-compliance with parking policies.o Assist in reviewing and updating Trust car parking policies, providing suggestions for improvement.o Coordinate the renewal of staff car parking permits, including liaising with temporary staff during busy periods.o Raise invoices for external organisations funding car parking for their staff.o Support general office administration tasks, including correspondence, report creation, and maintaining office supplies.o Actively contribute to the development and implementation of travel and transport initiatives, promoting sustainable travel options where possible.o Support Trust sustainability and climate change initiatives.
