About the role: Reporting to Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive plays a key role in delivering world-class events by driving delegate registrations and sponsorship growth through targeted email marketing. By crafting and optimising campaigns, this role ensures we reach the right audiences, maximise engagement, and enhance the overall event experience. Beyond execution, the role provides data-driven insights to refine acquisition strategies and improve campaign performance, ensuring our marketing efforts are effective, scalable, and contribute to the success and reputation of our events. What can you expect from the day to day? Support the Marketing Manager in developing and optimising email campaigns for delegates and sponsors, focusing on segmentation, personalisation, automation, and A/B testing Track key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to asses campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Analyse audience engagement trends to refine delegate acquisition strategies and enhance campaign performance Work closely with the CRM & Data Lead to ensure accurate targeting and maintain data integrity Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and campaign documentation to ensure smooth execution Assist with campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output Success factors: Demonstrable experience working in marketing research, email campaigns is preferential A strategic thinker, and can connect industry insights with campaign objectives Research driven, and confident using your own research to inform decisions A team player, who can work effectively across multiple departments Detail orientated, and confident working with large data sets Partnership Network Events embrace diversity in all its forms and are committed to continuing to develop a diverse and inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
