Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS3 to KS5
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and targeted support
3. Contribute to curriculum development and department planning
4. Take part in extra-curricular activities and school events
5. Work closely with colleagues, parents, and SLT to ensure the best outcomes for students
