This role requires strong communication skills, a client-centric mindset, and a strategic approach. The Corporate Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for a broad portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on maintaining satisfaction and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and goals.Conduct regular meetings to review account status, address issues, and identify opportunities.Manage client expectations and ensure commitments and SLAs are met.2. Account Strategy & GrowthDevelop strategies to retain and grow key accounts.Handle contract and pricing negotiations.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions.Analyze market trends and competitors to find growth opportunities.3. Client Onboarding & TrainingOversee onboarding for new clients, ensuring smooth integration.Provide training and support to maximize product/service use.Help clients understand product features and best practices.4.
