About the Role
We are excited to offer a part time role for two people, the chance to be part of a new job share opportunity, welcoming and support both visitors and colleagues within our newly refurbished offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to provide a professional and enjoyable experience for colleagues and visitors on site at our Head Offices at Eagle Court, Sheldon, just 10 minutes away from Birmingham Airport, as well as spending some time supporting the Operations teams with administrative tasks.
Main Duties
Within this role you will greet and assist colleagues and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment, through managing the reception area and general office space, ensuring facilities on site are in good working order and well stocked.
You will handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, using initiative to problem solve and be the main point of contact for onsite issues or questions, supporting with our brand-new hybrid booking system and new starter building access, you will be a key contact for colleague and visitor queries.
In addition to managing the reception area you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to our Central Operations team, a variety of tasks that involve managing stationary and supplies, uniform orders, invoice management, maintaining office records and keeping an accurate record of activities and requests.

You will be a positive, self-motivated individual, keen to support your colleagues and ensure the office runs smoothly and provide visitors with a warm Rexel welcome.

Offering this role as a job share allows us to be flexible in how we split the part time working, if you are looking for part time working, approximately 20 hours per week, either over 2-3 full days, just mornings or just afternoons we are keen to accommodate two great new members to our team, allowing you to cover each other’s holiday or flexibility when needed.
