Summary Our client is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and drive the success of live external construction projects. This role involves managing project budgets, schedules, and health & safety while ensuring high-quality results. About the Client Our client is a well-established construction company specializing in external installations. They are known for delivering high-quality projects with a focus on precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Roles/Responsibilities Lead and manage allocated projects from sales handover to final completion. Plan fabrication and installation methods to maximize profitability. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and scope changes. Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation. Manage subcontractor labor and site access requirements. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on final payments. Attend project review meetings, site visits, and client meetings. Maintain daily updates in project management software (Celoxis). Oversee health & safety matters related to project execution. Qualifications Required: A-Level or equivalent education CSCS Black Card certification Minimum of 2 years in a project management role within construction Experience with Rainscreen / facade / full envelope Experience with leading projects from design to completion NVQ lev 6, 7 or equivalent qualification Previous experience managing staff Strong contractual awareness and financial knowledge Ability to manage multiple project budgets and timelines Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Early Friday finish for a better work-life balance Opportunity to work on high-value projects (£200K–£3M) Professional growth within a dynamic team
