About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with their clients. You will be their main point of contact, ensuring their success and satisfaction with their innovative 3D software. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage dedicated client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
3. Understand client business objectives and align our client’s solutions to meet their needs.
4. Drive client adoption and ensure successful implementation of our client’s 3D software.
5. Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
6. Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
7. Collaborate with internal teams, including production, product, and content, to ensure seamless client experience.
8. Assist with budgets, track resources, and report progress.
9. Provide regular reports on account performance and client feedback.
10. Proven experience in account management.
11. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
12. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
13. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
14. A master of organisation with good attention to detail.
15. A team player, collaborating with founders and outsourced partners to ensure efficiency.

16. Experience within a SaaS or technology company
17. Experience dealing with the property sector
18. Experience with project management tools
Education:
19. Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
Pay:
20. £32,000 – £35,000 per year depending on experience.
