Wise May are looking for a Office Manager / PA to join our client, an extremely busy and sociable company based in London Bridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company who reward hard work.
Duties to include:
1. Responsible for managing the office facilities
2. Ad hoc administration across all teams
3. PA duties to senior stakeholders
4. Health & Safety – look after DSEs, fire wardens, first aiders
5. Responsible for stocking the kitchen/pantry/bars
6. Ensuring the smooth running of the office – making sure the office is presentable, tidy, inviting
7. Ordering catering as required
8. Organising socials and events, from monthly get-togethers to big Christmas parties
9. Coordinating the cleaners as required
Skills
1. Flexible candidate with a 'can-do' attitude
2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
3. Proficient in Microsoft packages
4. Understanding of Health and Safety / Facilities
