The Role:
As the HR and Recruitment Officer, you will ensure that the right talent is hired into the right role to support the company's growth and development while ensuring that current staffing reaches its peak performance.
We are looking for someone with good experience in HR who is willing to take the lead on any HR issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
1. HR: Issuing offer letters, contracts, managing the holiday and sickness tracker, RTW checks, updating policies and contracts when required, dealing with Employee Relations issues, and day-to-day HR-related queries.
2. Recruitment: Managing the recruitment process from initial advert, candidate talent pooling, CV screening and first stage interviews, booking manager interviews, hiring, and rejecting applications.
Key Requirements:
* Excel experience is essential.
* Knowledge of HR and keeping up to date with new legislations and regulations.
* Recruitment experience.
* Time management skills.
* Able to work independently.

Additional Details:
This role is full-time office-based, working in Canary Wharf. The main working hours are 8am – 5pm/ 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday. Unfortunately, as a company, we cannot offer sponsorship.
