Join Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will follow appropriate SLA strategies and terms of Motor vehicles to ensure maximum efficiency in providing support to the Underwriters and Business Development Managers. Working as part of the Motor team our ideal team member will have knowledge of BMFI new business processing with excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the lending growth objectives of the business.
* Ensure emails and applications are looked at and prepared within deadline
* Liaise with Customers/Dealers when more information is required and follow up
* Ensure all proofs and criteria are attached to each application in line with the approval
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with all channels including senior underwriter, BDMs and support teams and Dealer Network.
* Ensure efficient throughput of applications and documentation in accordance with Bluestone Motor Finance policy
* Ensure documentation is complete for payout including all supporting information
* Act in compliance with regulatory and business codes in addition to achieving satisfactory audit ratings.
* Weekly, Monthly reporting to be carried out including Commission Reports
* Identify improvements in the work process to improve departmental efficiency & customer service.
* Support other lending Units as required
* Strong relationship with the Business Development Managers
* Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
* Knowledge of the Motor Finance market is desirable
* Knowledge of BMFI new business processing is essential
* Strong communication skills
* Previous experience working in a New Business admin role is desirable.
* Experience of working in a Motor specific business development role is desirable
