Airline Operations is a function within our airline organisation responsible for the operational planning and H24 delivery and control of airline operations in the operational control window: day of operation and 8 weeks prior. The Operational Planning function operates as a multi-disciplinary team of experts driving efficiency and innovation.
As TOCC Leasing Specialist, you will be part of an exciting new team managing the day-to-day contact between TUI Airline and our External Capacity Providers (ECPs) supporting the delivery of the flying programme through our key providers.
In this role, you’ll report to the TOCC Leasing Manager.
The role works within the TOCC which operates on a 24/7 basis 365 days per year. The role will be shift-based, covering 7am-7pm dayshifts, which could span weekends and Bank Holidays (shift patterns may be subject to change in line with business requirements).
This role is offered on a fixed term contract basis which will commence in March and end in October 2025.

ABOUT THE JOB
As TOCC Leasing Specialist you’ll:
* Work with ECP for their delivery of the flying programme across all 5 TUI Airline AOCs.
* Handle regulatory applications across all TUI Airline and aid the TOCC Operational Delivery teams in new and amended applications.
* Work closely with ECP, TOCC, AOC Market Sales to drive continuous improvement.
* Build factual data sets to drive decisions to ensure continued delivery to our customers.
* Utilise performance data to drive collaborative decisions and make recommendations for improvements.
* Assist the TOCC teams in irregularities management for ECP or when ECP are required.
* Deputise for the TOCC Leasing Manager and be an SME in crisis meetings as needed.
ABOUT YOU
* A background in Airline Operational knowledge and Leasing regulations across TUI Airline AOCs is desirable.
* Awareness and knowledge of the Aviation regulatory environment.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to operate in a complex environment.
* Able to work shifts across 7 days a week.
* Financially aware and cost-conscious.
* Considers both operational and customer impacts of decisions.
* Role requires strong business English, both spoken and written, and may involve some international travel.
