Responsible for the overall sample delivery and process management and optimization. Identify, implement, and champion best practices for piloting a new sample process.
Job Description
1. Drive efficiency and execution for sample management process of client’s International & B2B business. In partnership with Integrated Brand Marketing Manager, manage the strategy of allocation and assorting of samples.
2. Drive the tracking and receipt of all samples from GIS vendors within the Marketing timelines. Track and understand the status of all samples at any point in time. Report out weekly sample completion rates for all samples sets throughout the seasonal process.
3. Drive the delivery, tracking, and return of all borrowed samples to external franchise partners. Work with a variety of courier services to ensure smooth international transportation of samples. Manage potential issues with customs. Potential execution and organization of sample sale.
4. Identify roadblocks, actively work to solve issues. Understand and clearly communicate any specific sample variances that might impact marketing processes. Organize and maintain sample closets and sample log to identify any missing samples.
5. Read reporting tools to share out sample status on a regular basis. Help track existing seasonal calendars to ensure cross functional teams are aware of sample sharing and arrival date(s).
6. Help establish tools and best practices for future seasons. Help support hindsighting and gathering learnings.
