About the Role:
We are seeking a System Leader to join our dynamic and reputable team. This role is essential in helping us achieve our ambitious vision for the service. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting school improvement initiatives.
Leading the DSL network.
Representing education on safeguarding panels.
Chairing FAP panels.

We are seeking a headteacher or senior leader with a minimum of three years' experience in a school or trust, who has had substantial responsibility for overseeing the quality of education, demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, and values the importance of team collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record of delivering significant improvement.
Extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of school improvement.
Strong strategic leadership skills.
A passion for safeguarding with a thorough understanding of safeguarding policies, procedures, and legal processes.
Experience in chairing panels and multi-professional meetings.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
The ability to use coaching and other leadership approaches to secure improvement.
The successful candidate will also be required to develop and deliver training packages to school staff and governors.
