IT Support Engineer
Ipswich
£22,000 - £30,000 Per Annum
Cooper Lomaz are working with a client in Ipswich to source a 1st - 2nd IT Support Engineer to join their team. The role itself is available on a hybrid basis, however, the successful candidate will need to offer flexibility with the amount of time on site. The role will be supporting end users located around the UK, triaging inbound tickets and escalating when required. The role will see you deliver 1st - 2nd line support, and you will be supported by senior IT Engineers and the IT Manager.
The role:
1. Triage inbound tickets, responding to 1st and 2nd line, or escalating where required
2. Deliver outstanding customer service and communication to the end users, ensuring the process adheres to agreed response SLAs
3. Decommission and deploy hardware for new end users
About you:
4. You will have experience working with Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems
5. Have experience working with Windows operating and server systems
6. Experience with endpoint management like SCCM
The role is available on a hybrid basis, with the office being based in Ipswich.
