The post holder will be a key member of the ICBs EPRR team supporting the ICB to deliver its leadership role in emergency response and through its assurance role, to ensure that all NHS hospitals, community services, primary care and mental health organisations are able to provide coordinated and effective responses to emergencies and incidents. As part of the EPRR Team the post holder will actively work to ensure that we meet our EPRR responsibilities as a Category One Responder as defined in the Civil Contingencies Act and as set out in the NHS England EPRR Framework 2022. Responsible to the EPRR Manager the post holder will support the delivery of the ICB and the ICS EPRR workplan working collaboratively with system and LRF partners. The role holder will contribute to the delivery of emergency and organisational resilience polices, plans and procedures and the associated training and exercising.
