About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior ICT Analyst to join our dynamic ICT team. In this pivotal role, you will help design and implement technological solutions that improve the organisation’s operational efficiency and empower our staff. Working collaboratively, you will identify IT barriers, propose effective solutions, and manage projects that align with our strategic goals. This position offers a unique blend of technical expertise, customer interaction, and problem-solving, ensuring impactful contributions to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service Management: Oversee day-to-day ICT services, ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and supervise the ICT Service Desk Technician and third-party providers.
* Project and Business Change Activities: Conduct requirements analysis, workflow assessments, and user acceptance testing to deliver business application improvements.
* ICT Support Services: Monitor support issues, provide technical solutions, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
* System Administration: Maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure, including SD-WAN, Active Directory, Office 365 Hybrid, and virtualised servers.
* Communication and Engagement: Liaise with business departments, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions and support staff with training and documentation.
