Position Summary
Main job functions include maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), updating relevant documentation that supports the QMS, and analyzing associated data for trend monitoring. Coordinate customer incident investigations and records, ensuring that all Quality records are maintained up to date and easily retrievable for future use.
Provide administrative support to ensure that customer requirements are addressed and met through the production of certification documentation. Be proactive in supporting customer needs through their representatives on site.
Principal Accountabilities
Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Tasks:
1. Coordinate the review, update, and issue of company documentation as required, maintaining the records for document updates when completed.
2. Act as plant administrator of the Compliance Quest (CQ).
3. Plan, coordinate, and conduct Internal Audits as scheduled for both Grimsby & Blyth.
4. Maintain Quality procedures up to date and in conformance with the latest standards.
5. Register Customer Incidents received and coordinate the investigation and monitoring of actions completed, through to final close out.
6. Coordinate and maintain all National and International standards together with the internal ‘Wisdom’ team, as required by the organization.
7. Regularly analyze QMS data for trend monitoring and raise findings and concerns.
8. Develop and deliver Quality-related training across the company, including Quality induction for new employees.
9. Update the quality-related functions within SAP for all new order releases and item codes to allow for the timely and effective release of materials and products as required.
10. Provide support to the Quality Manager, Lead Document Controller, and QA Inspectors, as needed, to ensure the smooth flow of work through this area.
11. Maintain production welder qualifications to meet APIQ1/17K standards.
12. Lead problem-solving activities and chase actions through to completion as required.
13. Carry out job requirements in full compliance with the Code of Conduct.

15. Take reasonable care of yourself and others who may be affected by your acts or omissions. Cooperate with management and not interfere or misuse anything provided in the interest of health and safety. Actively engage in the incident reporting system and highlight any shortcomings in health and safety arrangements and report any serious or immediate danger.

Qualifications
Experience Required
1. Minimum 5 years experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment, working with Quality Management Systems, e.g., ISO9001 or similar.
2. Experience of API Q1 and/or API technical specifications is advantageous.
3. Internal and/or supplier auditing experience.
4. Successful experience working with cross-functional teams at all levels of an organization.
Knowledge Required
1. Good knowledge of the company products.
2. Excellent understanding of Quality System Processes, procedures, and standards.
3. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other quality improvement tools.
4. Quality, Environmental, and H&S Systems.
5. Understanding of SAP and API specifications.
Qualifications / Skills Required
1. Trained ISO 9001 auditor (Lead Auditor qualification preferred).
2. Good working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and similar applications.
3. Good understanding of cloud-based applications, e.g., Salesforce or similar.
4. Ability to work as part of a team and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
5. Confident when dealing with external parties; customers, suppliers, and accreditation bodies.
6. Organized and methodical with a structured approach to task management.
