Take telephone queries from customers Process amendments to orders, send purchase orders and communicate with customer’s regarding the update to their order. Process sample requests. Deal with any customer or printer queries via either email or phone. Managing any orders for overseas delivery Working with our bespoke internal systems to meet relevant job KPI’s About You: Must have excellent IT and administrative skills. Able to multitask and can deal with a number of things at the same time.
