About the Role
Sefton Council is seeking a qualified social worker to join our dedicated Learning Disabilities team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities in our community.
As a social worker, you will:
* Work with adults with learning disabilities to assess their needs and develop personalized support plans
* Coordinate and monitor the delivery of care and support services
* Work closely with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals
* Promote independence and inclusion for people with learning disabilities
* Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative services
About You
You will be a qualified social worker with:
* Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
* A passion for supporting vulnerable individuals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
