Job Description
We are looking for an experienced chef with a strong background in British cuisine to oversee a lovely owner managed neighbourhood gastro pub / restaurant and events space in North West London.
Managing a team of 10 chefs, you will cater for up to 300 covers a day across the operations. Service can range from a canape party to a tasting menu or a brunch party, to pub dishes once a week (eg Fish and chips on a Friday) so there is always something different going on.
Must be a creative chef with experience to at least Head Chef level in modern British cuisine in an upmarket gastro pub or restaurant.
The offering changes regularly and bespoke events are offered, so you will need to be organised and meticulous.
Working 4 days on (10am - 10pm) with 3 days off a week.
