Payroll Manager - Full-time Permanent Position Farringdon, London £60,772 - £63,971 Reporting to the Head of Transactions, this role will involve overseeing the end-to-end payroll for Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing. This role manages a team of payroll professionals to ensure a timely and accurate service provision for the business. You will deliver results through excellent legislative and process knowledge ensuring best practice is adopted and team performance and development is maximised. What you'll need to succeed: A high level of personal integrity and be consistent, open and honest. Excellent knowledge of UK Payroll statutory regulations and practical application and delivery of this. CIPP (or equivalent professional body) qualified. Good stakeholder and communication skills with a clear understanding and demonstrable experience of leading a customer focused business facing service. Extreme attention to detail and accuracy combined with the ability to prioritize own and team?s work to achieve business and time critical tasks. Advance IT literacy and data manipulation and analysis skills. Ability to calculate complex payroll calculation manually. A relentless drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding results through new, innovative and more effective ways of working. Excellent communication skills, works effectively within a team. A creative and analytical thinking style, applying tenacity in the face of obstacles. A pro-active approach to work and problem solving, and the ability to spot and deal with issues as they occur.
