Drive Excellence in Student Support – Become Our Student Information Hub Manager!
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding student support? Do you have experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Student Information Hub Manager at our Royal Holloway Campus. This is a stand-alone position at one of our satellite campuses where you will have interactions with Lecturers and our Campus Manager.
As our Student Information Hub Manager, you will:
* Manage the Student Information Service, ensuring efficient service delivery and a student-first approach.
* Coordinate student enrolment and induction activities to create a welcoming environment.
* In collaboration with our Student Immigration Compliance and Advice Team, ensure compliance with Home Office regulations for our International Students.
* Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring all student inquiries are handled professionally.
* Collaborate with university departments and external partners to enhance the student experience.
* Manage student events, activities, and initiatives that foster a sense of belonging.
Is this you?:
* Experience in a student-facing or customer service leadership role.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of higher education services, student support, and compliance processes (desirable)
* Experience in managing student enrolments, visa compliance, and safeguarding policies (desirable).
Please note: This is an on-campus role, with no opportunity of hybrid/remote working. The successful candidate will also be expected to cover weekend duties on a rota basis.
