The post holder is a key member of the in-patient multi-disciplinary team working within a rehabilitation-focused service. There is a need to demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, with strong leadership skills. The post holder will deputise for the ward manager. To be responsible for coordinating, delivering and maintaining a high standard of clinical care for all patients. To provide support to the ward manager and clinical leadership to the ward team.
