About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team, where you'll be part of an inspiring, creative, and technically strong group of professionals. This role offers the chance to produce efficient, high-quality technical designs for both new builds and refurbishment projects across a diverse range of sectors.

Is this you?:
* Has 5 to 8 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
* Is a confident communicator, able to explain engineering concepts clearly and simply.
* Is passionate about continuous learning and technical excellence.
* Has a strong interest in architecture and the relationship between structural engineering and architectural design.
* Is committed to sustainability and reducing embodied carbon through design.
* Enjoys engineering and mentoring younger engineers.
* Is near chartered or is a chartered member of the IStructE or ICE (or other relevant institution).
* Can design and deliver structural solutions on complex projects.
* Possesses excellent project management skills and the ability to manage time, resources, costs, and communication within and outside the practice.
