**Job Description:**
As a Class Teacher at Stretton Shires School, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality education services for our pupils in accordance with our company policies, procedures, and practices, as well as the standards set by the Regulatory Body.
**Responsibilities Include:**
• Planning, delivering, and teaching individual pupils or small groups, in accordance with the School's Curriculum framework and related policies.
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting on pupil progress.
• Contributing to and helping implement developments that relate to the School Development Plan.
• Promoting the physical, educational, and moral development of the pupils, in line with Company policies.
• Taking responsibility for coordinating the teaching, development, assessment, recording, and reporting of subjects and areas of learning across key stages as agreed with the Head Teacher.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
