An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a supported living home in Greater Manchester, providing exceptional care and support for adults with learning difficulties.
The Registered Manager – Supported Living Overview:

The Registered Manager – Supported Living Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care
- Build strong connections with local authorities, social workers and health professionals, ensuring a consistent flow of referrals
- Develop and implement bespoke care plans to promote residents’ independence
- Recruitment, training and development of a dedicated team, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Ensure all CQC regulations are met, maintaining high standards of compliance.
The Registered Manager – Supported Living Candidate:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
- Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager within a supported living or residential service
- Experienced at building strong relationships with various stakeholders, including local authorities, commissioners, social workers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and create a supportive environment.
- A passion for working with adults with learning disabilities, supporting them with their independence
