We are looking for a Neurodiversity Project Coordinator who is experienced in working with children and young people with neurodivergence to enhance our current work. The role is 30 hours per week.
You will provide day to day group and 1:1 support, initial assessment, and ongoing project co-ordination which ensures that our services for young people aged between 9- 25 years in the North East are provided to the highest standards. There will be some evening work and some of the work will involve travel.
This role will work closely with the SEND and Neurodiversity Team Manager, Neurodiversity Clinical Coordinator and Mental Health Youth Workers, to ensure that referrals are distributed across the team, fairly and ethically.
Please note that the salary is pro-rated to 30 hours per week
