Join Our Team: Administration / Customer Service Assistant Wanted!
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into a dynamic role? We’re looking for an Administration / Customer Service Assistant to support a building supply company. This is a Monday-Friday position, 30 hours per week to cover maternity leave for approximately 6 months.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Answering phones and responding to email queries
* Entering invoices with precision
* Assisting with accounts
* Handling trade inquiries
* Processing and following up on orders

* Good understanding of trade work environments
