What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Communicating with clients and creditors via calls, emails, texts, and post – offering guidance and reassurance.
2. Building trust and understanding by listening with empathy and professionalism.
3. Providing tailored financial support and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
