Are you an experienced and innovative Service Designer looking to make a meaningful impact on user-centric projects?
We are seeking a talented Service Designer to join our clients leading team in London, working as part of a multi - disciplinary team using agile methodologies to deliver user-centric services. Our client specialise in delivering service design solutions across the public sector, thus candidates must ideally be holding an Active SC Clearance or eligible to go through the process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead service design efforts through comprehensive planning, documentation, and presenting clear methodologies for user research and design.
2. Map complex services and user journeys to provide actionable insights that simplify and optimise user experiences.
3. Visualise the service and customer experience using journey mapping, diagramming, storyboarding, and information design, effectively showcasing end-to-end processes.
4. Analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, interpreting user behaviour and translating findings into actionable strategies.
5. Synthesize research findings to create user stories and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement these insights into service design.
