The successful candidate: - Will be required to interact with a wide range of staff across the Trust, therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, together with customer service skills. - Will be able to cope with both the very physical demands of the role and the varying workload, using your own initiative to provide an efficient and effective service. - Will be approachable and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude. - Will be required to work various shift patterns according to departmental requirements, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
