Play a key role in delivering high-quality, beautiful homes on time and within budget. Build and maintain excellent relationships with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Your Key Responsibilities Youll gain exposure to every stage of the housebuilding process, supporting the team in: Preparing and managing subcontractor packages. Monitoring budgets and costs throughout build programs. Collaborating with supply chains to meet quality and time targets. Attending meetings to ensure seamless communication across teams. What Youll Bring to the Team Experience: Some experience in housebuilding or construction is ideal, but drive and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge: Familiarity with building regulations, construction methods, and materials. Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
