Aspire People are currently looking for two Teaching Assistants for a Key Stage 2 intervention roles at a primary school based in central Leicester.
As an Intervention TA you will be responsible for delivering small group sessions to pupils based across Key Stage 2, primarily in Reading and Literacy. These sessions will be on a one to one or small group basis, in order to raise attainment and bring up to level for pupils of lower ability or with special educational needs.

To be considered for the position of Intervention TA with Aspire People you will need to have the following:
* Level 2 or above qualification in Support Teaching and Learning or equivalent
* Relevant experience
* An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or wiling to apply for one)
* A proven record of raising attainment
* Experience supporting pupils of lower ability or with SEND
