Experience Proven experience in bid writing, ideally within environmental consultancy, infrastructure, or construction sectors. Familiarity with the UK Environmental Consultancy market is highly desirable, alongside strong time management and customer-focused communication abilities. Job Responsibilities Achieve area targets and objectives for the Bids team. Develop and implement effective bid strategies to support business growth. Identify bid opportunities using tender alerts and other sources. Craft compelling bid themes and strategies. Lead key meetings, including bid/no-bid decisions and kick-off sessions. Review and refine pricing and bid content. Attend bid interviews and clarification meetings. Conduct debriefs and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement. Maintain and update bid resources, including response libraries and case studies. Monitor and update bid horizons with relevant business intelligence.
