Responsibilities include leveraging technology for business growth, profiling clients to understand their financial objectives, building a sustainable client base, and supporting advisor career development. The role requires SAFE Act registration and compliance with related regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized financial advice through client reviews and presentations.
2. Recommend suitable banking, investment, and insurance solutions.
3. Collaborate with Financial Advisor teams to promote portfolio growth.
4. Utilize bank resources to benefit clients and prospects.
5. Develop and grow a client book to meet financial targets.
6. Prioritize client requests and coordinate with internal service providers.

Required Qualifications:
* Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
* At least two years in financial services or sales with goal achievement.
* Minimum one year of investment industry experience.
* Self-motivated with effective relationship-building skills.
* Strong communication and goal management skills.
* Ability to navigate complex environments and learn continuously.
Desired Qualifications:
* Proven lead generation and partnership skills.
* Experience in investment management and client development.
* Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in business.
* Professional designations like CFP or CRPC are a plus.
* Insurance licenses are advantageous.
