Our client is looking for a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator, who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will be based in a remarkable office environment, as part of a focused yet friendly team. You should be positive and enthusiastic, with a proven successful track record and the ability to perform well under pressure. A full UK driving licence and a car is required.

The team consists of a wealth of talented professionals such as graphic designers, marketing and PR professionals and photographers.
Hours
Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm (day off in lieu during the week)
About the role
* Senior Sales Negotiator
* Highams Park, East London
* Qualifying potential tenants
* Registering applicants
* Identify buyers need and match them to suitable properties
* Deliver the highest level of customer service to Buyers and Sellers
* Booking and attending viewings
* Negotiating terms with Vendors
* Manage and update applicants on all properties
* Negotiate where instructed any offer between Vendor and Buyer
* Achieve all daily and weekly targets
* Attend listing appointments and help win business

Salary
Our clients are looking to pay this Senior Sales Negotiator a basic salary of £20,000- £22,000 per annum, with an OTE circa £55,000 to £60,000 per annum
