Early Years Practitioner Level 2 or 3

Hours: Permanent | Monday – Friday I 30-40 hours per week

This impressive, modern and purpose-built nursery, rated Good by Ofsted (August 2022), has fully air-conditioned rooms, and offers early years education and quality childcare for children from birth to 5 years.
Footsteps Stratford-upon-Avon offer a broad range of activities and resources for children to explore and expand their natural curiosity and to learn through play. The nursery love the great outdoors, and it nursery features open spaces for each of our age groups, and our children enjoy outdoor learning in our bespoke forest school facility
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children
- Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
- Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met
- Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development
- Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands on approach to your own professional learning and development
- To be fun, caring and friendly
- To promote a high-quality learning environment
What we need from you?
- Passion and commitment for working in childcare
- Ability to work shifts between 7.30-6.00pm Monday to Friday working between 30 - 40 hours per week
- Commitment to continual development
- Have sound Knowledge of EYFS
- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ level 2 or 3, EY Educator
