Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to billing staff with any questions about client accounts.
* Promptly record incoming client payments and receipts.
* Manage the printing, mailing, and depositing of cheques.
* Handle necessary time write-offs.
* Prepare payments using online banking tools for final approval.
* Reconcile client bank accounts for accuracy.
* Process transfers from client accounts.
* Enter and track sales invoices.
* Calculate interest on client balances.
* Manage time-related transfers.
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Must have 1-2 years’ experience of working in an accounts department
* Fast learner who adapts easily.
* Strong communication skills.
* Flexible attitude
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Effective team player.
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Demonstrates professionalism.
