This role involves processing client-related transactions promptly and ensuring the company complies with regulations regarding the handling of client funds. Promptly record incoming client payments and receipts. Manage the printing, mailing, and depositing of cheques. Handle necessary time write-offs. Prepare payments using online banking tools for final approval. Reconcile client bank accounts for accuracy. Process transfers from client accounts. Enter and track sales invoices. Calculate interest on client balances. Manage time-related transfers. Experience and Skills Requirements Must have 1-2 years’ experience of working in an accounts department Fast learner who adapts easily. Strong communication skills. Flexible attitude Exceptional attention to detail. Effective team player. Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Demonstrates professionalism.
