- Be a technical leader and authority with 10+ years of knowledge built in a similar role.
- Have knowledge in the specialised field of critical safety assessment and detailed knowledge of advanced techniques in assessment.
- Build relationships across internal and external bodies and teams.
- Lead technical projects and technology, developing methodologies and processes.
- Act as the technical lead on major R&D projects.
- Design and deliver training.
