Level Guideline: based on experience but guideline: £50 000 to £60 000

* Leadership / senior profile with ideally client services background
* Ideally you will speak Spanish however we will consider candidates who dont
* People, strategic, operational and financial/P&L/KPI/SLA management
* Experience/background in-store marketing materials, POS, POP, 3D displays
* Analytical, innovative and a passion for biodegradable materials
* Experience of being part of multi-million operations
* Experience with blue-chips brands partners and large scale projects

About the Job:
The role is an Account Director role and is there as the firm are expanding across the UK and EMEA region and have some new partners here to service (totally new ones but also existing mature partners where categories and spend are expanding). These are across various sectors including: FMCG, Retail and Tech and must have (complex) marketing material needs and supply chains for display units, branded merchandise, printed materials etc. This growth requires the firm to expand its leadership team with someone who can lead teams and who can head up the strategic, operational and financial side of the assigned teams and accounts. Today but also with a keen eye towards the future as this role will be expected to grow.
