We have a full time permanent opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join our Team The role will be a Monday to Friday shift pattern, working the hours of either 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 The Transport Administrator will be responsible for working in a timely manner, with the site management team to deliver on the ground execution of the transport plan. The individual will be responsible for supporting the on-shift planner and operations team through a range of activities including booking of inbound and outbound loads. Booking management: Maintain detailed centralised records of all inbound and outbound booking and their references. This is to include but not limited to: Cold store bookings Inbound Stock transfers from MP Grantham and Pilgrims Ruskington Outbound Tempering to Grantham Outbound Customer Deliveries Cold store Bookings Outbound customer collections Inbound bookings Customer Delivery Bookings The individual will also have responsibility for department Key performance indicators reporting on a weekly/Monthly basis. They will also maintain the Delivery on time tacker/Dashboard and provide front desk support. The role will report directly to the Site lead Anwick and will play a key role in making the Moy Park Logistics a “Best in Class” operation.
