Location: Guildford
An exciting opportunity to join our Surrey New Homes team based in our Guildford Hamptons office as a New Homes Sales Consultant.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team in managing and securing sales across a portfolio of high-profile developments throughout Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively introducing and registering buyers to view our portfolio of new homes
2. Conducting viewings with prospective buyers
3. Negotiating and closing sales
4. Achieving all daily and weekly targets including cross-selling
5. Helping to coordinate creative marketing ideas and activities to drive enquiries and sales
6. Providing feedback and sales reports to clients
7. Giving excellent customer service, providing an exceptional experience
Skills/Experience Required:
1. Previous experience within a negotiator role or in a sales environment, with an estate agent or in the property sector is an advantage but not essential.
2. We are looking for a proactive individual who can use their drive and determination to speak with our registered applicant database, arrange viewings, close sales, work with our developer clients and wider New Homes team.
3. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Full and clean driving licence
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
