This could be the perfect role for you As a Domestic Sales Consultant at The Little Green Energy Company, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, driving commercial growth by identifying new opportunities and engaging potential clients. You’ll manage the end-to-end sales process, including conducting site surveys, preparing system designs, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Your role will also involve managing the sales pipeline, providing quotations, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities: Solar & Battery Expertise : Design and sell PV & battery storage systems using industry tools, applying basic electrical knowledge to ensure effective solutions. Site Surveys & Tailored Solutions : Conduct site surveys, assess customer needs, and design custom solutions based on technical insights. Sales & Financial Modelling : Drive sales growth, manage the entire sales process from lead to closing, and create cost-effective solutions using PV design software and financial tools. Client Relationships & Support : Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, managing both pre- and post-sales support. Collaboration & Innovation : Work with the design team to refine solutions, staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating market insights. Market Research & Strategy : Keep up with trends and competitor offerings to deliver cutting-edge solutions and adjust sales strategies as needed. Pipeline & Performance Management : Optimize sales pipelines, track progress, and report on activities to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of targets. What We're Looking For: Proven Sales Success : Strong track record in driving domestic solar sales, closing deals, and meeting/exceeding targets. Negotiation & Deal Closure : Expertise in managing the full sales cycle, from lead to contract negotiation, and cultivating long-term client relationships. Pipeline Mastery : Skilled in managing and optimizing sales pipelines, ensuring consistent follow-ups and a steady flow of prospects. CRM & Customer Management : Proficient with CRM systems to manage client relations, quotes, and contracts. Self-Motivated & Collaborative : Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment, showing professionalism and initiative. Adaptability & Learning Agility : Eagerness to stay updated on the latest PV and battery storage technology, and apply it to sales strategies. Market Awareness : Analytical skills to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
