Role Description As the Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first SDR hire, pioneering outreach and pipeline-building strategies for our London office. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and Account Executive to develop effective lead generation tactics, set up outreach workflows, and identify high-potential prospects. We expect an entrepreneurial can-do attitude, resilience, independent thinking and problem solving. This is a very exciting opportunity to grow with the business, with the support and guidance of experienced operators. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers in the travel industry and engage in targeted outreach (via email, phone, and social media). Outreach Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Sales to refine messaging, outreach cadence, and follow-up sequences. Qualify Leads: Assess lead quality, understand customer needs, and ensure only qualified leads move forward in the sales process. CRM Management: Track all activities and interactions in our CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads. Market Research: Keep up with industry trends to identify new markets and prospect segments. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback on outreach tactics, experiment with new approaches, and contribute ideas for team growth. What we're looking for: Minimum 1 year of SDR/BDR Experience: Preferably in a SaaS or travel environment. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients quickly and professionally. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with using data to optimise outreach strategies and measure success. Self-Starter: Able to work independently, adapt to change, and take ownership in a startup environment. Collaborative Attitude : A team player who can work across departments and contribute to our company culture.
