What does this role entail? A day in the life of a Central Production Assistant would include Preparing a range of high quality, freshly made items to supply the Park Catering Outlets and Staff Canteen for both Guest and Team consumption. Working as part of a team to ensure the production operation runs smoothly. Supporting the Supervisor in achieving deadlines to supply products to operational outlets in a timely manner. Ensuring and adhering to the compliance of Health and Safety Standards, alongside the Corporate Food Safety Legislation for products being produced and within the working environment. Ensuring any relevant daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork is complete in accordance with the business HACCP procedures. Ensure required training is always up to date. What is required for this role?
